Customer Service Specialist

Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys communicating with people? Riddermark Bil is now looking for a customer service specialist to manage the switchboard for our after-sales team! As part of the after-sales department, you will be an important link for customers after their purchase, whether it concerns warranty issues, workshop matters, complaints, or general support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding after-sales matters.
  • Ensure that each customer receives correct assistance by effectively guiding or referring to the appropriate department.
  • Document calls and cases in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as complaints, workshop, and customer service.
  • Contribute to improving the customer experience and maintaining a high level of service.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a professional and friendly attitude in telephone communication.
  • Is a quick learner, can handle stress, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is structured, meticulous, and focused on service.
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Has previous experience in customer service, switchboard, or support (preferred but not required).

Salary range: Fixed monthly salary of approximately 25,000 SEK/month.
